Slow Cooker Teriyaki Beef

This is s ONE POT wonder. SO much flavor and minimal prep time makes it a repeat on our meal plan list!

We always choose grassfed and organic beef.

Beef Teriyaki


  • 2.5 - 3 lbs top round roast, grass fed, organic beef
  • 2 yellow onions, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar or organic cane sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil


  • Turn slow cooker on to 'high' setting
  • Add onions, garlic, peppers to the bottom
  • Place roast on the vegetables
  • Add beef stock
  • Wish together rest of the ingredients and add to slow cooker
  • Cover and cook for 7-8 hours, flipping once at about 4 hours
  • Shred and serve over brown rice
