Jessica has a Masters degree in health science and practices medicine as a physician assistant. She founded Eat Your Way to Wellness as a platform to educate and counsel clients. Food is the foundation for good health and by choosing quality ingredients and fueling your body with proper nutrition you can look and feel your best. Megan found her love for nutrition and quality food options when she was training for competitive dance. Megan completed her Nutrition and Dietetic degree from Seton Hill University. Megan's work experience includes leading a clinical nutrition research team and as a store dietitian for ShopRite. Through her experience, Megan gained valuable knowledge she can use to counsel with her private clients. Megan specializes in macronutrient and micronutrient needs, meal plans, and athletes.
After completing culinary school, Kristen worked as a chef at a health and wellness retreat in Arizona. Kristen found her passion for wellness as well as food, and went back to school and completed a Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has been practicing in Philadelphia, PA for more than 10 years. Kristen currently owns her own nutrition practice in Bryn Mawr, PA. Her passion is helping clients with disordered eating, weight loss, obesity, and those struggling with proper nutrition.
